This is the consent text shown on the registration form.

I have read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. I consent to Iloilo Doctors' College — College of Business and Technology collecting and processing my name, email, student ID, course, academic records and (if provided) mobile number and photo to operate this portal. I understand that my grades are sensitive personal information, that SMS notices are sent through iProgSMS, and that I may withdraw consent or exercise my rights by writing to idc.cbtcouncil@gmail.com.

Consent is needed to create an account. SMS notifications are optional and can be turned off by contacting the college.
